The application fee includes a one-time CF exam; one-time online practice exam; and one copy of the Certified Forester Study Guide

Reexamination Fee:
SAF members - $150
Non-SAF members - $200

Annual Renewal Fee:
SAF members - $35
non-SAF members - $60

Recertification Requirements

Each CCF must annually submit a total of 15 CFE credit hours.

Individuals with a renewal date BEFORE February 1, 2009
Cat 1-CF and/or Cat 1-FCA - 10 credit hours, minimum
Category 2 - Not to exceed 5 CFE credit hours
Category 3 - Not to exceed 5 CFE credit hours

Individuals with a renewal date AFTER February 1, 2009
Cat 1-CF - 10 credit hours, minimum
Cat 1-FCA - Not to exceed 5 CFE credit hours
Category 2 - Not to exceed 5 CFE credit hours
Category 3 - Not to exceed 5 CFE credit hours
