All Exhibits must be set up no later than 3:00 pm, October 25

President’s Reception, 4:30 pm-5:30 pm
Icebreaker Reception, 5:30-7:00 pm

Exhibit Hall Hours, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday, October 27,

All Exhibits must be finished no later than 11:00 pm, October 27

*Please note all exhibitors must staff their booth Wednesday, October 25, from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm for the President’s Reception that is held in the Exhibit Hall. The Icebreaker Reception is to follow which all are welcome.

New for 2006: “End-User Meetings”

Meeting rooms will be made available on Wednesday October 25th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for companies or organization wanting to plan an all day or half-day “End-User” meeting.

The meeting room will accommodate 50-75 participants and will be set up to accommodate all your audio visual needs.

Organizations will have the opportunity to invite participants of their choosing: distributors, re-sellers, clients and stakeholders; SAF and non-SAF members are all welcome. The agenda is yours to design and plan and can be used to provide a forum for training, certification, new product introduction or applications.
