Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be available after Friday, September 16. All cancellations and request for refunds must be received in writing by Friday, September 15. Fax your request to (301) 897-3690, Attn: Registrar. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Confirmations
Confirmations will be sent within 2 weeks of the receipt of your registration. If you need immediate guarantee of receipt, please use the fax or e-mail confirmation.
