This three-day workshop covers the aspects of fire ecology, silviculture, and economics in a forest restoration project. Attendees will learn all aspects of a forest restoration project including data collection, implementation, and long-term study. In the field session, attendees will have hands-on use of laser, GPS, and traditional forest measurement equipment to implement a forest restoration project, assess the implementation efforts, and setup long-term fixed study.
