Sponsored Tech Sessions

SAF offers half-hour non-peer reviewed presentation opportunities to companies and organizations wishing to present in-depth information on their products, services, and research. This is an opportunity for attendees to experience hands-on demonstrations and learn from the expertise of those who create and use these technologies everyday.

Fees: The Session fee is $300 and includes:

• A scheduled time and assigned room for your presentation
• Audio visual, LCD, and internet access for the presentation
• Opportunity to include a flyer in the attendee bag promoting the details of your presentation
• A speaker-ready room with practice space and beverages
• Inclusion in the onsite program under Technical and Scientific Concurrent Sessions on Thursday and Friday
